Breast augmentation (Augmentation Mamoplastics) by means of implants is the most frequent aesthetic surgical operation on the body.
The latest generation of implants used for breast augmentation is very safe, and for sure non-carcinogen, and after operation, the patients can normally plan pregnancy, having babies and breast-feeding of child without any consequences.

The implants are filled with special cohesive silicon gel, so that fear from spilling and spreading of implant into other parts of the body should be excluded.
The cut at this operation may be in the area of the underarm, around the nipple or under the breast. Such an operation is performed under general anaesthesia, and definite remedy after operation can be expected already after seven to ten days.

Breast reduction (Reduction Mamoplastics) is performed by one of many surgical methods suitable for removal and tightening of surplus skin, and removal of surplus gland tissue. The nipples and areolae on the remaining tissue of the breast are moved to a higher, aesthetically acceptable position. |

Classical method of breast reduction is a cut in the form of a crescent, and most recently, a so-called short vertical cut with no horizontal scar in the breast line is used. During the first several months after this surgery operation, the scars are reddish and wrinkled, but over time, the redness fades out, and the scars become hardly noticeable. The best way is to treat the scars with silicon gel or by membranes. |
After a successfully made operation, we recommend carrying a firm bra, and taking a bath is possible immediately after stitches removing. We would also recommend our patients not to expose their breast to sun at least for a month after the operation. |

Breast Lifting (mastopecsy) is a surgical operation very similar to that of breast reduction, only skin being tightened, and the nipples and areola are lifted to a higher position which is aesthetically much more acceptable than the preceding one. Fatty tissue, as well the gland tissue is not touched and not reduced. |
